Expedition Purpose
This two-week scientific expedition ventures deep into the Tepui Highlands of Guyana, an isolated region known for its sandstone plateaus, towering cliffs, and cloud forests untouched by time.
Our mission: to discover and document new species of mushrooms, insects, amphibians, and small fauna in one of Earth’s least-explored ecosystems. The Tepui summits — often called the “islands in the sky” — harbor life found nowhere else on the planet, making them a frontier of biological and ecological discovery.
