By proposing an expedition on Expedition Nexus, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all aspects of your expedition, including planning, logistics, risk management, and participant safety.
Expedition Nexus serves purely as a platform to connect people and opportunities and does not supervise or validate expeditions.
As an expedition leader, you are responsible for:

• Conducting appropriate risk assessments
   
• Securing necessary permits and insurance
   
• Providing clear communication and liability waivers to participants
   
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
   

Expedition Nexus assumes no liability for any incidents, disputes, or losses arising from your expedition.

By applying to or joining an expedition through Expedition Nexus, you understand that all expeditions are independently organized and operated.
While we provide the space to connect and collaborate, Expedition Nexus does not manage or guarantee any expedition's safety, quality, or success.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. We strongly encourage all participants to:

• Conduct thorough due diligence on proposed expeditions and their organizers
   
• Ask questions and request documentation as needed
   
• Secure appropriate travel and medical insurance
   
• Review and sign any necessary waivers provided by the expedition leader
